RETURNS

Please return your item within 30 days of placing your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Books and paper products may have no markings or noticeable wear, smudges, creased or torn pages, etc. Your item must be in the original packaging.

LEATHER GOODS

Our genuine leather book covers should be expected to have some scuffs, wear and patina and/or natural markings and scars present the cowhide leather. That's part of the beauty of leather!

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

We are a family business and personally hand-inspect and package all of our products before shipping. If you feel your product contains a defect, please don’t hesitate to get in touch! Please email me with photos of the product and your concerns. If a defect is found, return shipping is on us.
